- Before we start, we’ll send you a guide to get ready and share some materials with us.
- You’ll spend day 1 gathering materials and preparing.
- On day two, we’ll discover and document your audiences and goals.
- On days three and four, we’ll design, review, and refine a website structure.
When we finish, you’ll have:
- A strategy document with audiences and goals
- A tone and voice definition
- A sitemap that implements the strategy
- Wireframes of the main informative sections with notes on the contents you’ll need to populate them

Do I have to develop the website with Matrushka?
Not at all. The results you get bring clarity to the project and are applicable regardless of who builds the site or what platform you use. You’ll get all the editable files, so you can tweak and refine after the workshop if you need to.
How much time do I have to invest?
Between 6 and 12 hours, distributed in 3 work days. The workshop lasts 4 days, but only three of them require your direct participation.
