At Matrushka, we help organizations communicate and collaborate effectively on the web.
We have learned a lot from our clients over the years, so we are putting together this guide to help them, and others, avoid common problems and get better results in their web projects.
Designing and launching a website can be a complex project with several voices involved. Many people have unfortunately had bad experiences with web or software development projects, mostly because of communication problems or a misalignment of the project goals and the development effort.
This guide is aimed at organizations that want to get or redesign an informative site, that is: a site that serves as a channel to put out information for different audiences. The goal is to help them get clarity on the project to make better decisions along the way.
If you need some sort of collaboration platform or database the guide will still help you but there will be lots of things that are not covered. Still, it may be a good start. If you want help shaping a database or software project, please tell us more. We’ll be happy to chat.
